WIC is a supplemental food program sponsored by the Federal and State Government to make nutritious foods and nutrition education available to women, infants, and children.
Eligibility:All persons participating in the program must be medically evaluated initially and periodically by a doctor, nurse or nutritionist. All persons must be residents of Philadelphia and all families must be income eligible.
